  2. ต้นไม้เหี่ยวหมดแล้ว / ต้นไม้เริ่มเหี่ยวแล้ว หนูต้องรดน้ำด้วยนะคะ / ต้นไม้กินน้ำเป็นอาหาร ถ้าไม่มีน้ำมันจะตาย
  3. ร้านตัดขน อาบน้ำหมา

4.เดินระวังค่ะ เดี๋ยวตกลงไปในน้ำ น้ำมันลึกนะคะ หนูว่ายน้ำไม่เป็น เดี๋ยวจมน้ำ

  1. วันนี้หนูอ๊วกที่โรงเรียน

6.โกรธมามี้มั้ย ตอนที่มามี้ดุ / ถ้าไม่อยากให้มามี้ดุ หนูต้องเชื่อฟังมามี้นะคะ

  1. รองเท้าหนูหลุด
  2. เทน้ำออก (จากกะละมัง) ก่อนค่ะ เดี๋ยวมามี้เติมน้ำให้ใหม่
  3. หนูเล่นน้ำนานเกินไปค่ะ มือก็เลยเหี่ยว

ลองดูตามนี้นะครับ:

  1. อย่าทำหายนะ เก็บดีๆ
  • Don’t lose it. Keep it safe, okay?
  1. ต้นไม้เหี่ยวหมดแล้ว / ต้นไม้เริ่มเหี่ยวแล้ว หนูต้องรดน้ำด้วยนะคะ / ต้นไม้กินน้ำเป็นอาหาร ถ้าไม่มีน้ำมันจะตาย
  • The plant has all wilted. / The plant has started to wilt, you need to water it (often). / Pants feed on water, without it, they will die.

จะพูดถึง “เหี่ยว” แบบใช้ adj. เป็น “droopy” ก็ได้นะครับ เช่น Your plant is very droopy. ซึ่งก็มาจาก “droop”(vi.) อย่างในประโยค The plant has started to droop. ครับ

  1. ร้านตัดขน อาบน้ำหมา
  • A dog grooming shop.

4.เดินระวังค่ะ เดี๋ยวตกลงไปในน้ำ น้ำมันลึกนะคะ หนูว่ายน้ำไม่เป็น เดี๋ยวจมน้ำ

  • Walk carefully. If you fall in the water, you will drown because you can’t swim and the water is deep.

  • Did you throw up/vomit at school today?

  • Did you get mad/angry at me when I told you off? (หรือ..when I scolded you?) / If you don’t want me to do that to you, you have to listen to me more often, okay?

  • Your shoe slipped off.
  1. เทน้ำออก (จากกะละมัง) ก่อนค่ะ เดี๋ยวมามี้เติมน้ำให้ใหม่
  • Pour the water out of the tub first, and I’ll put the water in it again.
  1. หนูเล่นน้ำนานเกินไปค่ะ มือก็เลยเหี่ยว
  • You have stayed in the water for too long. That’s why your fingers are all wrinkled now.

ขอบคุณคะ รบกวนถามคะ

คุณได้ทำการบ้านรึยัง ที่แม่สั่งให้ทำ (รูสึกสับสนการใช้) ว่าจะใช้ประโยคไหน คือ แม่ไม่ได้ถามว่าทำเสร็จ แต่ต้องการรู้ว่า ได้ทำบ้างรึยัง

คือทั้ง 2 แบบใช้ได้เหมือนกันครับคุณบุหลัน ความหมายไม่ต่างกัน ถ้าเป็นแบบ Did you… จะเป็นอเมริกันมากกว่าครับ คือจะใช้เป็นแบบ past simple tense ไปเลยเท่านั้นเองครับ
